1. Delivery Destinations & Timelines

We fulfill electronics and merchandise orders across all regions in Ghana. Deliveries are handled by verified courier services.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected delivery location. All fees are stated clearly before you proceed to Paystack checkout.

3. 7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Return Eligibility Criteria:

• Product must be in its original condition with all accessories, cables, user manuals, and protective packaging.
• Proof of purchase (Paystack order receipt / order ID) must be provided.
• Returns for reasons other than product defect may incur standard return shipping fees.

4. Refund Processing via Paystack

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our dispatch office, approved refunds are credited back directly to your Mobile Money account or bank card within 3 to 5 business days.
