1. Overview & Acceptance

Welcome to Michmaufar Enterprise ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our online storefront at michmaufarenterprise.com. By accessing our platform, purchasing items, or utilizing our payment systems, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Online Payments via Paystack

All online monetary transactions on Michmaufar Enterprise are processed safely through Paystack Payments Limited. Supported payment channels include:

• Ghana Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money)
• Visa, Mastercard, and Debit/Credit Cards
• USSD and Direct Bank Transfers

By authorizing a transaction via Paystack, you confirm that you are the rightful holder of the card or mobile wallet account used. Orders are fulfilled only after Paystack payment confirmation.

3. Product Pricing & Inventory Accuracy

All prices listed on our website are denominated in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable sales levies unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices and stock status in real-time. In the rare event of a pricing or stock error on an ordered item, we will notify you immediately to confirm or refund your transaction.

4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders are dispatched following successful payment verification. Delivery timeframes in Greater Accra range between 24 and 48 hours, while regional deliveries require 2 to 4 business days. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact phone numbers.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Items found damaged or defective upon arrival can be returned within 7 business days for an exchange or full refund to your MoMo Wallet or Bank account. Returned merchandise must remain in its original box with all tags and accessories intact.
